DC Student and Educator Wellbeing

UPDATED MAY 2022

EmpowerK12, in partnership with DC charter school networks, local school-based mental health experts from schools, and the Center for Health and Health Care in Schools at GW, set out to learn how DC students and educators feel about and experience life and school.

Available below are full spring semester 2021-22 survey results. Access PDF copies of all reports from this and last school year using the buttons below.

We thank SchoolTalk for their guidance on the student survey, EmpowerED for guidance on teacher wellbeing resources, and the District Department of Behavioral Health for their support via the Coordinating Council.
