This dashboard examines outcome gaps between student groups from the first published DC STAR Report Card. The new report card contains more data for more student groups than has ever been published by OSSE. The stark gaps, particularly for at-risk students with disabilities, led EmpowerK12 to shift our focus from just technical data support to supporting school improvement more directly by helping them utilize improvement science to turn data into action.
